What about customs duties?
Duties/taxes are charged by Nigerian Customs based on HS code + CIF value. We handle all clearance paperwork. You pay duties directly to customs.
Can you ship batteries, liquids, perfumes
Air: Only non-DG batteries and approved liquids with MSDS.
Sea: Yes, with DG declaration. Cash and illegal items cannot be shipped.
How do I track my shipment?
Use the tracking box on homepage. Enter your AWB/Bill of Lading number for live updates from pickup to delivery.
Do you offer insurance?
Yes. Full insurance available at 0.5% of cargo value. Covers loss, damage, theft during transit.
